What can you expect to get from property management…?
First of all, just a note of caution, if you’re new to property management make sure you use a company that is dedicated to that goal and just not a sideline of a sales company. If that company has a good reputation by all means, go ahead and work with them but if they have the most junior realtor thrown into that division, you need to find a company that is dedicated to property management.
