  • The tenant is required to make three times the amount on their gross income for your property rent…
  • We do landlord references, and if possible, at least Two…
  • We work with your HOA’s, if required to approve a tenant…
  • If there are credit issues, we require first, last and security…

Note: A credit history for rentals is a must, when looking at the proper payments that makes for a good tenant…just a credit score is not enough!
